1 Definitions and General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pp platform and all its services. In these Terms, "pp", "we", and "platform" refer to https://pp-vip.cam and all services operated under it. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any person who uses services through a registered account on pp.

By accessing pp or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date of any update will be noted at the top.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility Conditions

To open an account and use services on pp, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Only one account may be held in your name.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in your place of residence.

2.2 Registration Process and Verification

A valid mobile number, email address and accurate personal details must be provided at registration. pp may at any time request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification. If information is found to be false or incomplete, the account will be suspended or cancelled.

Operating more than one account from a single device or household is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same person or household, all related accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

3 Account Use and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pp's support team immediately.

pp will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any such request may be fraudulent — please stay alert.

3.2 Account Restrictions

A member may transact in one currency only (Taka / ৳). An account is registered in one person's name and may not be transferred or sold. Transferring funds or bonuses from an account to or from any third party is prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad and Rocket may be used for deposits on pp. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. Use the correct reference number when depositing — pp is not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

bKash, Nagad and Rocket may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details). If a withdrawal is requested while wagering is incomplete, the bonus balance may be forfeited.

Once a withdrawal request is verified, it will be processed. If any activity appears suspicious, pp may request further information and may place the withdrawal on hold as needed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times, i.e. ৳18,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

pp offers various regular promotions for active members. Each promotion has its own conditions, maximum limit and wagering requirement:

• pp Weekly Reload Reward: 30% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x.
• pp Slots Festival Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x.
• pp Cricket Joy Offer: 40% bonus on deposits for cricket betting, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x.
• pp Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000 in the verified birthday month; wagering 10x.
• pp Refer a Friend Gift: up to ৳3,000 on a successful referral; wagering 12x.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

A bonus may only be claimed once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise. If a bonus is obtained using multiple accounts or false information, the entire account will be cancelled. If the time limit for claiming a bonus passes, it is automatically cancelled. During wagering, bets may only be placed on games that are permitted under the relevant bonus terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet is considered final only when it has been fully confirmed in pp's system. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, pp may at its own discretion cancel or accept it.

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, or if a specific event is not completed, pp reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the stake. Decisions in such cases will be made in accordance with pre-established rules.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own RTP and performs according to that rate over the long term — however, no specific outcome is guaranteed in any single session.

Winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be corrected by pp, and no claims against such corrections will be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Placing coordinated bets with yourself or others for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false information or another person's identity.
• Interfering with the platform's software or using fraudulent software.
• Money laundering or handling of illicit funds.
• Transferring account ownership or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Disrespectful behaviour or threats towards pp staff.

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation

8.1 Closure by pp

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are detected, pp may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice. Upon cancellation, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, but bonus-related balances will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member may request account closure via 24/7 live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the closure request is processed. Members who apply for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy will not be permitted to re-access the platform for a specified period.

9 Limitation of Liability

pp strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may temporarily be unavailable due to technical issues, server maintenance or disruptions in third-party services. pp does not accept liability for losses arising from such circumstances.

Any financial loss resulting from gaming activity is entirely the member's responsibility. Betting is a risk-based activity — pp does not guarantee any winnings.

In the event of a defect or issue in third-party game software, pp will liaise with the relevant provider, but ultimate liability rests with that provider.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Full details of how your personal information is collected, stored and used are provided on our Privacy Policy page. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read that policy as well.

pp never sells your information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with authorised parties when required by legal obligation, fraud investigation or payment processing.

pp uses SSL encryption and other security measures to keep your information safe.

11 Responsible Gaming

pp believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner. We encourage members to set their own budget and time limits before playing. If you experience any problems related to gaming, please contact our support team.
